How do I confirm my booking?

When you book on the website you receive an email with an eight-letter code. Keep it: that code opens your reservation at any time. If you lose it, write to recepcion@hotelbeli.com with your name and we'll resend it.

Can I cancel free of charge?

Yes, if you tell us more than two days in advance. Within two days of check-in we charge the first night. The "Non-refundable" rate doesn't accept cancellations — but we show it clearly before you choose it.

Can I change my booking dates?

Yes, write to us on WhatsApp with your code. Changing dates more than two days in advance is free, subject to availability. Within two days, the cancellation policy applies.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer, credit and debit cards, payment link, and cash at check-in. The prices shown do not include taxes — they are calculated at check-out.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in from 3 PM. Check-out until 12 PM. If you need to arrive earlier or leave later, write to us — the house always tries to accommodate its guests.

What's in the room?

Every room has a private bathroom with hot water, Smart TV with Netflix, minibar, air conditioning, safe, hair dryer and a full bath set (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion). The Bon Vivant Suite adds a private jacuzzi.

Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. The signal reaches the living room and the rooms equally.

We're confirming the parking option. For now, the best thing is to write to us before your arrival — we'll point you to the closest lot and help with the coordination.

Are the restaurant and bar open to the public, or only to guests?

Open to the public. The restaurant serves from 7 AM to 10 PM; the bar, from 1 PM to 12 AM. The house is always open for those who arrive with appetite.

Not for now. We're about to enable reservations; in the meantime, write to us on WhatsApp if you're coming as a large group so we can have the table ready.

We're finishing the menu. For now, the conversation with the chef is part of the experience — tell us what you'd like and we'll figure it out.

Yes. Ages 0 to 3 are free; 4 to 11 are $50,000 COP per night in existing beds; from 12 years old, adult rate ($80,000 COP per night). Minors must travel with one of their parents, or present a notarised letter (less than 15 days old) with copies of both parents' IDs and the birth certificate.

How do I get here from the airport?

José María Córdova airport is 45 minutes / 45 km away. A taxi costs between $90,000 and $110,000 COP. Uber works but the return ride sometimes takes longer. If you tell us your flight, we'll pick you up.
