07:00 — 22:00
Monday to Sunday. No reservations required.
Some eat to survive, others eat to celebrate. We cook for the latter. No rushing, no rushed tables. The after-dinner counts as an ingredient.
Thursdays
The kitchen opens
On Thursdays the kitchen opens to a guest chef. The menu changes. So do the conversations. Come without booking, but bring time.
